Hmmm a little about me.....

I wear many hats:  I'm a mom, roadie wife, homemaker, full time office worker, friend, sister, aunt, foodie, and music lover. 

I am originally from Upstate New York but now live in Austin, Texas.  I had my first child in September of 2011 and I am married to a guy who travels with bands for a living.  We have a pretty unique lifestyle as far as touring, but for the most part we are a normal couple that enjoys cooking, eating, anything music related, and trying to embrace a healthy lifestyle. 

I am hoping this blog will capture all of the moments of our unique family, my love for cooking, baking and all things food, and my love and appreciation of music.  Austin is a great place for all of these things and will surely be a prominent feature in my postings.

1.  My favorite ice cream flavor is coffee.
2.  I am a huge fan of Radiohead and most bands from the 60's and 70's.
3.  I never liked chocolate before I got pregnant, but love it now.
4.  I am a salty/sweet kinda gal
5.  I can sit for hours listening to music and looking up lyrics.
6.  I love live shows and try to go to as many as possible.
7.  Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting are my favorite.
8.  I love sandwiches of all kinds, especially reubens.
9.  I could eat homemade applie pie every day for breakfast.
10.Chimichurri is my favorite condiment.
